Product Description

sennheiser- hd-560s-review

Regarding the manufacturer’s array of HD5 products, the Sennheiser HD 560S resembles the Sennheiser HD 599 and Sennheiser HD 598.

Similarly, the features like oval-shaped ear cups and swept-back ear cups resemble the manufacturer’s former products. This product is made up of plastic; although it isn’t premium or sturdy, this set of headphones is renowned for its longevity.

Additionally, it is lighter without the cable as it weighs only up to 240g. It has a single-sided cable that is terminated within a 6.35 mm plug in terms of a thread.

To enhance bass-response, the Sennheiser HD 560S is seen to use a 120-ohm driver.

However, it is distinct from those found in Sennheiser HD600 and higher impedance HD6XX. While this is an in-ear, it’s an excellent experience to enjoy efficient over-ear headphones.

The product ensures that the listening experience is entirely different. The user can enjoy “more spacious” and “freer” music along with extensive comfort. This HD 560S aims to deliver neutral sounds while the device is equipped with standard technologies like a Television or a Smartphone.

Additionally, when accompanied with headphone gear of a hi-fi system or a laptop, the product can deliver excellent results.

Sennheiser HD 560S has chosen an open and dynamic design. The product has been equipped with angular polymer diaphragms and robust magnets placed within the ear cups. This ensures the headphone is held secured in one’s ears even at elevated levels.

In terms of sound experience, the sound delivered is profound for outlining the details and coherent. When paired with the Smartphones, Hi-Fi, and audio interfaces, the HD 560S is seen to provide loud and clear sound, as the device has been powered with 120 ohms impedance.

In terms of bass, the reproduction or frequency is dynamically graded, tonal comprehensible, and contoured. While there is no booming, the headphones are robust when the need arises.

Within the midrange, the Sennheiser HD 560S can deliver numerous details about the types of instruments played in the background.

Additionally, it can provide details to the user for distinguishing between male and female voices, along with essential warmth and intimacy.

Meanwhile, they can deliver the critical punch that the listener expects from a rocking band or a rock production equipped with distorted guitars.

Eventually, the headphones can bring speed and transparency to the high sounds. This results in a detailed and open sound image. However, the headphone ensures that the sound hasn’t slipped into harshness.

In terms of a recording, the spatiality is seen to vary depending on the mix. For example, other recordings sounded flat, the Radioactivity from Kraftwerk’s recent 3D catalog has been successful in delivering efficient three-dimensional sounds.

The Ergonomic Acoustic Refinement or angular mounted drivers are meant to replicate the impression created by loudspeaker reproduction. However, the factor of staggering depth can be seen to create many challenges.

For ensuring maximum versatility, the headphones are equipped with 3-meter cables that are detachable.

Additionally, the headphones come with a 6.3mm plug. While the line is long and sometimes bugs users while working at their desk, it can allow the professionals to walk around the nook and corners of their office without unplugging the headphone. The user is free to choose a different cable with the headphone.

While the Sennheiser HD 560S is designed in a Sennheiser 5-series shape, it comes in a flowing, slick, and relatively modern design. The product is made up of a plastic chassis of a light nature for ensuring “listening-that-is-distraction-free.”

The headphone is built with an around-the-ear and open design, while the user’s ear will be touching the headphone’s soft velour.

However, the product’s pressure on the user’s head is a bit high about other headphones. Over time, this problem can be eradicated, as the user will be free to stretch it as per their convenience.

The pads and velour headband are thick and soft. They can distribute the weight of the headphones evenly on the user’s head. Continue reading this Sennheiser HD560S review guide to know furthermore.
